Top quality formulation and packaging of various types of Crop Protection Agrochemicals and Pesticides : Insecticides, Herbicides , Fungicides and Plant growth regulators is done by dedicated, fully automated filling and packing machine lines.

Packing range from 20 ml to 25 Ltr. Bulk packing in 200 Ltr drums is also done.

Packing sizes for Powder / Granule formulations like

  Wettable Powders

  Water Soluble Granules

  Oxidising Tablets

  Water Soluble Powders

  Granules

  Dustable Powders range from 1 gm up to 25 Kg.

Bulk packing in 25 Kg and 50 Kg bags is also done.

All formulations are strictly tested with the latest available guidelines and testing methods by our in-house Quality Control Lab personnel.

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ultraviolet Spectrography (UV) and Gas Chromatography (GC) are used to ensure top quality Raw materials and formulation testing and release.

Strict testing for all Packing materials like Tin, HDPE bottles, Coextruded bottles, Fluorinated HDPE bottles, Pet bottles, Labels, Mono cartons, Corrugated boxes, Laminated pouches is also done as per the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) guidelines and testing methods. All Finished goods are re-tested and counter samples are stored separately in sample storage rooms.

Production

1. For Liquid Formulations:

  2 S.S. vessel with capacity 5 KL formulating and packing 25-30 KL per shift with 1 Ltr and 5 Ltr automatic volumetric filling machines and automatic sealing, capping, printing and taping machine lines.

  2 jacketed S.S. vessel for Amination with capacity 4 KL formulating and packing 8-10 KL per shift with 1 Ltr automatic volumetric filling machines and automatic sealing, capping, printing and taping machine lines.

  2 S.S. vessel with capacity 2 KL formulating and packing 8-10 KL per shift with 1 Ltr and 5 Ltr automatic volumetric filling machines and automatic sealing, capping, printing and taping machine lines.

  1 S.S vessel with capacity 1 KL formulating and packing 4-5 KL per shift.

  Special Gaulin make Homogenizer for top quality Water emulsion (EW) formulations.

  22 TR Water Chiller

  Holding tanks of capacity 2 KL and 5 KL.

  2 F.R.P solvent tanks with capacity 30 KL each.

  Bead / Sand Mill with 2.5 KL jacketed vessel with high speed stirrer for Soluble Concentrate (SC) formulations.

2. For Powder & Granule Formulations:

  Centrifuge, Blender, Extruder and Fluid Bed Drier (FBD) for Soluble Granules (SG) formulations.

  Cup filler machine(2.5 kg-5kg)

  Auger filler machine(20grms-1 kg)

  Automatic Form-fill-seal machine(up to 150 gm)

  Pneumatic and paddle sealers.
